The year 2025 marked an important milestone for the IVAO Lebanon Events Department, reflecting a clear shift toward structured planning, purposeful growth, and stronger regional integration. Throughout the year, the division successfully delivered a total of 36 events, demonstrating consistency and commitment despite a challenging local environment.

Of these, 28 events were organized by IVAO Lebanon, including 12 Group Flights, 7 events supported by IVAO HQ, and 9 standard events in collaboration with other divisions. In addition, IVAO Lebanon was invited to participate in 8 external events, comprising 3 Group Flights and 5 HQ Events, highlighting the division’s increasing visibility and credibility across the network.

While local member participation remains affected by ongoing constraints, 2025 clearly showed a steady rise in attendance from foreign division members. Pilots and ATC from across the region and beyond increasingly chose to take part in Lebanon-led events, reflecting growing trust in the division’s organization, realism, and operational standards. This trend has been strengthening year after year and stands as a strong indicator of the division’s reputation within IVAO.

Events in 2025 were designed to be time-conscious and pilot-friendly, generally centered around balanced three-hour formats that prioritized engagement without long or exhausting commitments. Although fewer purely VFR events were scheduled, meaningful VFR elements continued to be integrated where relevant, ensuring diversity while maintaining broad appeal. Flagship initiatives such as Airplane Mode and World Food Day were also refined to better align with regional visions and evolving community expectations.

Overall, 2025 was a year of consolidation and trust-building. Through consistent delivery, thoughtful concepts, and strong cooperation with HQ and neighboring divisions, IVAO Lebanon reinforced its position as a reliable, professional, and increasingly influential division within the IVAO network — setting solid foundations for continued growth in the years ahead.
