Important:
To validate the HQ point:

• Your ATC session should be at least 1 hour long.
• Your flight should be at least 1h30 long.
• Destination airport should be different from Origin airport.
• Destination and Origin airport should be in the AFRICA and/or Middle East Regions. List of approved divisions representing these areas can be found here: Involved divisions
• Fly within the time frame.
