On March 31st, 2025, IVAO Lebanon hosted a creative and challenging HQ event centered around missed approaches, alternate flight planning, and real-time decision-making. Pilots flying into Beirut (OLBA) faced the possibility of a go around, with diversions to either Larnaca (LCLK) or Rayak (OLRA), making the evening a realistic training scenario.

The event generated immense anticipation, with over 1,000 forum post interactions ahead of the night, showing just how eager the community was. Despite taking place on a Monday night, participation was excellent: 49 arrivals and 13 departures were recorded.

Feedback from the pilots was overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the creativity and intensity of the challenge. Pilots are already looking forward to the next edition of this immersive concept.
