GO WRONG

Friday the 13th: Beirut Edition

Held on the ominous Friday the 13th, “Go Wrong” invited pilots to embrace the unexpected and face real-time challenges over Beirut. With a focus on abnormal procedures, diversions, and quick decision-making, the event tested pilots’ adaptability under pressure — all within a highly controlled ATC environment.

Despite the superstitious date and the name, the evening went mostly right, with approximately 25 pilots participating. The skies over Lebanon saw steady traffic and dynamic interactions, proving that the virtual aviation community is always up for a challenge — even when things are designed to go wrong.

This event marked another successful HQ-featured evening for IVAO Lebanon, reinforcing its reputation for unique and engaging scenarios.
