On April 4th, 2025, IVAO Lebanon and IVAO Saudi Arabia joined efforts to organize a symbolic airbridge between Beirut (OLBA) and Medina (OEMA), commemorating the historic first flight operated by Middle East Airlines – Air Liban between the two cities in 1969.

Taking place from 1800z to 2100z, the event recorded 4 outbound and 9 inbound flights. While participation remained modest, the collaboration reflected a strong commitment to regional history and cross-division engagement. It also offered pilots the chance to retrace a legacy route that once connected the Levant and the Arabian Peninsula.
